ESO: ONE TAMRIEL UPDATE TO REMOVE CONTENT BARRIERS

Zenimax is expanding its fantasy MMO, as the studio announced a new update for The Elder Scrolls Online that will open the game's entire world to all players.

The update, dubbed One Tamriel, was revealed during Bethesda's E3 press conference and removes "all content barriers," allowing players, regardless of their level, to "experience everything Tamriel has to offer." When the update goes live this fall, those who are new to the game will be able to quest with veteran players and the world will adjust accordingly.

According Bethesda's official announcement, "there will be no restrictions on Alliances or questing, allowing you to group up with other players and travel to any area of Tamriel." However, the update won't affect PvP areas, where Alliance restrictions will remain in place.

Bethesda also announced that the game’s Dark Brotherhood DLC, which is now available on PC, will launch for those on PlayStation 4 and Xbox on June 14.
