BATTLEFIELD 3 MINIMUM/RECOMMENDED PC SPECS

GameStop listed PC a set of minimum and recommended PC requirements for Battlefield 3 this morning which caused some debate among the gaming community. However, DICE is calling shenanigans on the requirements listed.
The first clue came from Senior Gameplay Designer Alan Kertz when he simply said, "We have not announced any specs." via Twitter.
DICE's Johan Andersson responded to the exact same set of specs posted back in June on the Beyond3D forum and responded by saying, "FAKE. We haven't announced any system requirements yet." However, in a later post Andersson did say, "But highly recommend a quad core, just as with Bad Company 2."
We'll keep you updated on when the Battlefield 3 PC requirements become 100% officially official.
